Today was another emotional day.
The final inspection was completed, the keys were handed over, and for the last time, the three of us stood together inside a home that had been filled with years of love, laughter, and precious memories.
A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful vendor, Virgie, and to my assistant, Myra, for allowing me to be part of this special journey. It has been such a privilege to walk alongside you through the sale of your home.
One of the things I treasure most in this profession is the people I meet. Spending time with Virgie and Myra gave me the opportunity to learn more about the beautiful Filipino culture. One thing that will always stay with me is Virgie’s kindness and generosity. Every time we met, she wanted to offer us foods. Offering food wasn’t just hospitality—it was her way of showing care, warmth, and love. Those little moments meant so much.
Today wasn’t simply about handing over a set of keys. It was about saying goodbye to a home that had witnessed countless milestones, celebrations, family gatherings, and quiet everyday moments that made a lifetime of memories.
As we closed the door one last time, I couldn’t help but imagine all the stories these walls have held. Homes are never just bricks and mortar—they become part of our lives, holding pieces of our hearts long after we leave.

People often ask why I don’t focus heavily on selling homes. The truth is, every property represents someone’s life story. Behind every sale is a family, a dream, a farewell, or a new beginning. I never see a house as just a transaction. I see the people, the memories, and the emotions that come with it.
Perhaps that’s why every settlement day leaves me feeling a little emotional. While one chapter closes, another begins, and it is a privilege to witness that moment.
