Our Story
Jane’s journey in real estate began over a decade ago, starting out delivering pamphlets door-to-door and working her way up through the industry.
Her drive to understand the ins and outs of property management came from being hands on in every role, not just behind a desk. That real world grounding led Jane to create a service rooted in experience and built on care. Jane started JC Property Management to fill a gap she saw in the local market – an agency that genuinely listens, communicates clearly and treats every property like it matters.
